The hotel is great, customer service is superb. Sorted my travel/reservation issues immediately to my satisfaction. Will stay again!
WONDERFUL Hotel! Pros: - Clean - Located off the highway in a quiet spot with an overlook - Really friendly and awesome staff - Great room (didn't smell bad and was clean) - Extremely dog friendly! Cons: Couldn't find any downsides to this hotel!
Convenient location, friendly staff, safe area, and clean rooms
I arrived late, checked in, and went to my room to check out the room to make sure it was clean. I checked the mattress and found black spots at the foot of the bed and found bed bugs. I gathered my things and kids and left the room immediately. Told the check in staff and they offered me the room next door. That room was not clean. I left the hotel. I could not stay in a dirty hotel and expose my kids and family to bugs.
