Editing again because this has been the worst stay ever. Breakfast and front desk service was horrendous. We are paying to go somewhere else to eat even though we are diamond members paying for 2 connecting rooms in this hotel and should be receiving free breakfast. Editing because I hate the laundry service here. ShinePay app sucks. Every single time.
