I need to use handicapped lift for pool and hot tub , waited for almost an hour after asking for thr battery to use it , never got it just went back to room , the pool and hottub were one of the main reasons we chose this hotel . Absolutely lousy customer service .
Great location, right off the highway, the hotel is clean, and the lobby is soooo pretty! Also right next to this hotel is a Starbucks, and a big ten mart gas station so you can get a drink and a snack, or gas before you get on the road.
Stay was average at best but only writing this review because Scott was amazing. The only front desk agent that had excellent customer service skills and was pleasant to speak with. Very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a shuttle to the airport. We had requested one prior to our arrival and they never confirmed with the driver so he found us another driver to take us. The driver was also helpful and Jill as the bar was sweet as well.
