Received the Wrong Room Category! What I booked and paid for was: A Deluxe Room with a king-size bed and a modern walk-in shower!! What I actually received was: A Deluxe Room with an old bathtub and an ugly shower curtain!! Even on the hotel's own website, this room is pictured with a shower. The woman at the front desk initially acted as if everything was correct—I have no idea whether that was due to ignorance or unwillingness. Pros: Nice new property, fairly clean, good location (at least for me), friendly helpful staff, onsite bar/restaurant, nice rooms. The hotel has a nice, modern, friendly appeal. Cons: Trash not being picked up in a timely manner (had to contact the staff, and they did resolve that), and the breakfast situation. I was shocked at the difference between my last Hilton stay and this one in regards to breakfast. A fast, high quality breakfast is very important to me in choosing a place stay as I typically don't get to eat lunch. ... read more

Perfect in every way! The employees are just about 5th nicest I've encountered in ANY hotel! Room was great,, asked for a nice view, and got that room up in the 4th floor! Super quiet inside and out .. but a short walk to everything.
