The rooms are spotless and the staff is great! Franklin, at the front desk, was extremely nice and helpful in setting up a reservation for me at the Wekiwa State Park. All of the staff at this Hilton, are definitely an asset to your company. I plan on returning and recommending people to stay here.
I recommend hiring a shuttle driver who knows how the rules of the road work. For some reason this dude thought it was wise to pull into the wrong end of a one way parking lot tonight, block the entire parking lot so no one can get behind him, and when he does pull out he runs over a traffic cone and pulls the wrong way into oncoming traffic, only to have to reverse back into the parking lot to avoid being hit. This is the worst hotel, the night is expensive and you have to pay for breakfast
Visited this property over the 7.25.25 weekend for a wedding. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk Frank, Latisha and Dallas were the absolute best.. we had a wedding guest get sick and needed to be sent out via ambulance. They handled this so amazingly professional. They followed up the next day and passed the notes on to each and every staff member who followed.
