Clean room clean common areas and friendly staff, convenient location when visiting Annapolis
Checked into room and it smelled like weed
The checkin process went fine. Then the next day I spilled something on the sheets. I requested housekeeping 3 times from 3 different people at different times because they never came. I then went to the front desk to complain but then I was given sheets and had to make my own bed. So basically they don't have housekeeping unless you're checking out. The problems started before we even got to the hotel when they wouldn’t let us check in on the app, then we got to the hotel in the afternoon and found out we were double-charged. When we brought up the issue to the woman at the front desk to ask if she could help, she had the nastiest attitude, so rude and disrespectful. Rude to the point where we were wondering if it was a discrimination thing against us, to the point where some of us had a migraine from the whole thing.
