Stayed 1 night and I always choose the Hilton Garden Inns but this stay was not so good. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Had dinner at bar which was average or below average compared to other HGI. The lobby very clean and looks recently renovated. My bathroom sink faucet leaked when turned on and would run on the counter. The toilet would run and run and had to keep moving the handle to stop it. It was great both time's. Parking is tight, if at all later in the evening.
I was there today at 6:30 to get a coffee and grab a yogurt. I was told I couldn’t get it because they do not open until 7. The breakfast was included, but I couldn’t get a single yogurt as I was checking out. On top of that the rooms are outdated where things are broken etc. go anywhere else to make it worth it. And I’m a HH member as well.
Convenient stopover on our journey, with a gas station, convenience store, and several other businesses nearby. The room was clean and met our expectations. The only downside was the breakfast service. Although there was only one other guest, it took about five minutes before we were seated. Another staff member also seemed rather unmotivated when handing us the menu, which didn’t create a very welcoming first impression.
