It pains me to write this but I have to because of what today is.My wife and I are celebrating our 21st anniversary so I saw on my Hilton Honors club app because I am a GOLD! Member that there is a room with a whirlpool inside. They even showed a picture of it. So yes I selected it. Good hotel, the staff were all friendly, helpful, and incredibly courteous. Our room was nice , comfy, and clean, if a bit dated and tired. They are in the middle of a renovation and it looks like the update will be real nice. We had the artisan sandwich for breakfast, which was tasty and substantial. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to a subway, liquor store, Mexican and Latin restaurants, as well as a chipotle. There was also a mall and some other restaurants about a 20 minute walk away. UPDATE: I called to talk to the manager. I left my number. No call back. The response from the owner isn’t genuine. I choose Hilton 90% of the time. I’m appalled at my experience at this hotel. Apparently, no manager was available both days I was there. I was supposed to receive a partial refund for two incidents but I only received it for one. The manager never returned my call so I am making a review about my experience. When we arrived to the hotel, I noticed that one of the washcloths were stained. I had to contact the f... read more
