Convenient to Annapolis. Pool was delightful!
The AC wouldn't cool during the day while hot. And as a Diamond for LIFE member we asked for water on our third night's stay and were told they do not give WATERS except on check-in. Never in ALL our Hilton stays were we ever refused water!!
Our room didn’t lock when we left. The front desk rep Kevin said he had to check in other guests. We luckily found two amazing maintenance employees in the hall who fixed it. Kevin had no guests when we left so unclear on how he was not helping. No manager on duty at 3 or 8pm. Hilton help not helpful.
We stayed at this hotel on a Friday and Saturday night because we were attending a wedding in the area. The hotel was VERY CLEAN!! Staff were very nice and helpful - especially Derek who was at the front desk for most of our stay. Lobby was bright and well decorated. Rooms were spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable.
