Bad service.
Checked in on Sunday, today is Monday so Day 2 of this chaotic mess! Still no wifi especially for someone who works and needs wifi for a living.. but was still told to go to another hotel down the street and use “their wifi.” Day 2 of my key card not working. The same employee had to come upstairs and use the machine again to open my door and still the key wouldn’t work so now.. when I leave I need to go to front desk for them to use the machine AGAIN!!! We had a great stay at this hotel. The place is very clean. Our room and the common areas were spotless. The staff was also fantastic, always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. While not everything was perfect, the overall experience was very pleasant.
We recently stayed at Hillton Garden Inn Vaughan and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a nice atmosphere. While we did encounter a few issues during our stay, the staff was incredibly attentive and professional in resolving them. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference, and because of their outstanding service, we're more than happy to overlook any hiccups. We appreciate their effort and would definitely consider staying here again.
