Loud air conditioning. Loud neighbors heard through wall. Uncomfortable pillows. Thermostat can only be set to 66 nothing below that. Gave away requested room. No free breakfast, even though it was advertised. Tv missed channels. Cracked sink. Could not answer a simple chat question. No happy hour or snacks at bar. Table had staining. Window in room was so dirty you couldn’t see out.
The nicest Hilton property that I have stayed at in a while. I was Hilton Diamond but gave up staying at Hilton properties after so many bad experiences. I would stay here again in B/CS but probably will continue staying away from Hilton in other locations.
We were in town for my daughters gender reveal and we booked this hotel in particular because we knew it had a pool - and we’ve looked forward to it all day - only to find out with a sign on the pool door that it’s closed all weekend. This is the second time we’ve been down here and stayed at a Hilton hotel (last time was Embassy Suites down the road) and the pool was closed! Staff very friendly and accommodating a/c issue in room staff tried to fix then moved us to a room with a/c on the same floor.
