This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The atmosphere, the service all of it is top notch! I do want to recognize Devin, who made our check in process absolutely perfect! Devin was polite, courteous and very friendly not only with us but with other hotel guests as well. He is more like a conocierge, than a front desk attendant! Thank you Devin! More staff like him make a stay absolutely perfect!
The hotel was nice but pretty outdated. Saw management knocking on guest doors and saying housekeeping and going into the rooms after knocking and shutting the door to guests rooms when no one answered. That’s an invasion of privacy. They have no signs up saying no vaping just no smoking with a cigarette on the sign in the lobby. Then they take a smoking fee out for $300- $14000. When calling to speak with a manager they leave you on hold for 1 hour or longer.
