This facility is in extremely poor condition. There is visible mold throughout the building, and the ceilings are constantly leaking. The water provided has an awful taste, similar to sewage, making it unsafe and unpleasant to drink. Many staff members seem indifferent to residents’ concerns—likely because they don’t live here themselves. I enjoy taking the residents out on trips it gives them something to look forward to. It’s also nice to get to know each of them better. I know each department works hard, together we do great things. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others and grateful for the opportunity to do that every day.
People are friendly and it's clean.
Hilton East is such a positive environment, the recreation team plays such a huge part in that, the activities, the field trips, celebrations holidays and birthdays, the decorations and dedication, they go above and beyondddd. They truly and genuinely care for the residents and it shows
