Not what it used to be. Service at the front desk was rushed, even though there was no one in line, no smiles and no happy faces like they used to have. And then starting Feb, 2024 they started charging $5 parking fee!!!? Used to be a good place to stay but I won’t be going there no more. Marriot and other locations offer same rate and better service and free parking closer by

I arrived last night and went to sent down are the desk to eat. There was trash on the floor (crumbs, napkins). I picked up the trash and didn't say anything because I was tired. However, I went to shower this morning and the shower was dirty. There was an old rag in there. Additionally, the light in broken so the shower is dark. It was very clear that this room was not cleaned well. I was moved to a new room. When I went to shower, I noticed strands of hair in the shower. Rooms need major updating. Mold in the bathroom and a consistent foul order. Tub had drainage issue and a broken part. Basic wear and tear that is not consistent with the rest of the hotel (i.e. conference/public spaces). Updating for year 2 of staying here: light out in the bathroom and room wasn't cleaned (found trash on the floor and old rag in shower. Was moved to new room. Hair was in the shower and water was brown for the first 5 minutes.
