Location is perfect! On the beach and also has a great pool. Walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. Rooms are wonderful, dog and family friendly, and there's 2 nice sized grassy areas for Frisbeeor throwing the football, and there's a sand volleyball court. Always a great stay, and I would highly recommend it.

First, we were supposed to get an ocean view room that my company reserved they gave us a city view and wouldn't change it. For the price the room is very dated. No microwave and very small fridge. No chair for the desk. When it comes to food have to pay for everything and no free parking. Towel rack pulling off the wall in the bathroom. I would not pay to stay here.

Pictures on maps look great, but sadly that isn't at all what you receive. Old musty unkempt building. Our bathroom floor had hair scattered all over it. The doors were smeared with fingerprints, floors covered in dirt apparently they only sweep when it's convenient. The pool is lovely in size but has a green not blue hue that kept us from going in. Dirt was all over the bottom of it. I love hilton and try to always book with them but I was very disappointed with our stay.

I haven’t even completed check-in and I’m already disgusted with this slum of a hotel masquerading as something nice. Are you really gonna charge a resort fee and then not even turn the AC up appropriately? Many Florida hotels run a little cold inside to ensure that guests are comfortable. The heat of the lobby reveals a lot about the disgusting greed of the management team/franchisee/whomever makes the call. First and last time staying here. Possibly my first and last time in Daytona Beach.
