Alicia is very RACIST and very RUDE ! I came there to cash my check and she was making up a whole bunch of lies about why she can’t cash my check. I asked for the manager and she claims the manager isn’t there at this moment . I live four blocks away from the check cash and never had this problem before .

I’ve been coming here since 2017 and today was the first time I had an experience like this. The employee didn’t want to cash my check and she had made up lies about my check being blocked which it wasn’t and I asked for the manager number she gave me a off service phone number and I had to ask another worker for the right number. Her name is Maria. She is very rude and prejudice!
