Checked in at the Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The app was acting up, so I couldn’t check in ahead of time, but the front desk made up for it—check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our stay at the Hilton Beachfront in Hilton Head had some lovely aspects, particularly its prime location right on the beach. However, there were some significant service shortcomings that impacted our overall experience. One of the most frustrating issues was the complete lack of response from the guest service reception number. For three consecutive nights, our calls went unanswered.
