This is our first and last stay at this Hilton. Our room smells truly awful. It reeks of mold. The curtains and wall was moldy and I suspect the carpet is too. The front desk isn’t able to move us, but did send someone to spray air freshener which covered the odor for a couple hours. The overall feel of the hotel is worn down and past its prime. It is, however, on a beautiful stretch of beach.

I went here for a conference. Upon arrival to my room, it smelled extremely strongly of mold. What’s more, the phone in the room with which you used to call room service was not functional. You couldn’t call out. So I walked downstairs and ordered some food. I spoke with the concierge and he assured me that he would have someone remedy the mold and the phone issue. Update- it has been over a week since they said I would 'now get my money back' and 3 weeks since we checked out and we shill have NOT received the $400 we were told we would get back!! Do yourself a favor and find a different place!!! We have stayed here several times when it was Marriott and loved it. We tried again now that it is a Hilton and it was Terrible!!! My hotel stay here was nice because it's right next to the beach and they also have a large pool with a bar. A few items in the room and in the hallway could use updates like the tile and the decor. The furniture was nice and clean. Beds were nice and clean. I wasn't too happy that the ac wasn't getting cool enough to cool the room but at least I could get a nice shower to cool off before night. Stayed on 8/1/26. The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at, the only bad Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as we walked in the room (914) we smelled a urine, must and sewer combination. We opened the balcony door which of course caused the floors to get wet so we had to close them. Sprayed Lysol and nothing helped.
