The turnover here is crazy and the staff is becoming less and less knowledgeable. We have a new field rep and I don’t recognize anyone in the store anymore. Customer service is in the mainland, and they just run their mouths acting like they know everything when they don’t! Hilti in Hawaii is not what it used to be. If you’re charging us a premium, we expect the best tools and customer service.
