I had my heat pump installed by this company over a year ago, I found the owner to have poor communication skills. After the system was installed I was reading through the units owners manual and noticed some specifications for installing the interior unit, one diagram showed it had to be installed AT LEAST 15 cm below the ceiling, it was 9. Great work I'm a general contractor and clint has done new builds and renovations for me for last 5 years. Very happy with his service and he still services the clients work after work is completed for maintaince.
Avoid this guy. Absolutely the least professional service I have ever received. Clint has given me the run around for several months now. Always a story, always an excuse.
