Bought a “refurbished” cart from a large dealer in Cincy and had trouble with it for years. I finally changed to Hilt for service because it was always broke. I was told the truth about the junk some dealers will sell and why it is always going to have electrical issues. Hilt Custom Carts are totally honest and provided me options to mitigate future service expenses. I highly recommend this dealer. Most of my neighbors use Hilt as well. I took my golf kart to Hilt because of some problems with speed/power. I explained the issue of a lack of power. They kept my kart for 4 WEEKS and refused to answer any questions or call back. The owner was always “talking to another customer”. And would was always going to “call right back” 4 weeks later I was finally contacted by an office Worker d we go explained they were going to do some things including a tune up kit.
