RecommendedAbsolutely love them.... I just wish they stayed open until 7pm and that they were open all day on satudays a lot of people do there shopping on the weekends. so basically wonderful just need more of them...lol
should have given notoce to customers that Grain Valley office was closing so we could transfer our prescriptions without being put in an urgent situation. oak grove walgreens is a long way from buckner! not good customer service to loyal customers that stuck with you when you moved to grain valley!
WOW!! Ann and her staff took customer service to a whole new level this visit! Waiting till Monday was not an option for the staff at Hils Pharmacy..... it was their personal mission to ensure my child was safe over the weekend with the proper medication. They went the extra mile, made the extra phone calls, stayed the extra minutes, ALL for one little boys safety. Thank You for putting your clients care above everything! Hils Pharmacy always goes out of their way to help their customers! I had a prescription today with a high copay, and they did some research and found a savings card that made my medication more affordable! It’s also very convenient that they often deliver my medications to my work!
