HiLo challenges me in ways I didn't even know were possible. Im the strongest, mentally and physically, I’ve ever been. The energy is so high and the environment is nothing short of encouraging and supportive. After my first class, all the staff knew my name which is such a small but comforting thing. Hilo House is my new fitness family. For those like me, who have trouble working out alone, this is a great option. The moment I’ve stepped in the vibes have been friendly and the energy has been amazing. I’ve never experienced such a full body, intense workout before. I find that I push myself harder when there is fun music and a supportive instructor. Overall, one of the best decisions I made recently was trying HiLo House
