HiLo House is more than amazing; it is life changing! The owners, Anne and Bill, are amazing instructors! All the instructors are great; especially how they keep close attention to your form to make sure you get the best results from your workout! I love the team! They are all very warm and welcoming. The community that is created here is so welcoming. I love Ann and Bill they really make you feel like you’re part of a family. I highly recommend HiLo House to anyone, it helps you build your stamina and I’ve never felt more fit than when I consistently come here.
I’ve been taking classes at HiLo House since September 2024 and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The facility is very clean. The staff & instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the different vibes & music selection each instructor brings to class. I take both versaclimber & lagree classes and find both modalities to be very effective.
HiLo has completely changed my life when it comes to fitness. I’ve never felt better! It’s such a nice community of people who are happy to be there and lift each other up. The workouts I get are killer and motivate me to keep coming back.
This is my first time being introduced to Lagree and I am hooked. The studio is cozy and inviting not to mention the staff knew my name within 2 days of me coming. The community is top tier and everyone is super encouraging and friendly. I am 2+months in and I’m addicted. The classes on the megaformer are excellent for full body and core. I already noticed a huge difference in core strength and body composition. I highly recommend and wish more people could experience this type of workout environment.
