This is my first time being introduced to Lagree and I am hooked. The studio is cozy and inviting not to mention the staff knew my name within 2 days of me coming. The community is top tier and everyone is super encouraging and friendly. I am 2+months in and I’m addicted. The classes on the megaformer are excellent for full body and core. I already noticed a huge difference in core strength and body composition. I highly recommend and wish more people could experience this type of workout environment.

Hilo House is a wonderful community! The classes are challenging, but you'll love every minute of it! The instructors are fabulous and will help you out with anything. Highly recommend signing up for Hilo

HiLo House is a fitness community built on trust, challenge, and sweat! Every instructor pushes and supports you in each class and your fitness journey. The lagree reformer and the versa climber is the best combination of cardio and strength. I love that it focuses on high intensity and low impact workouts. It’s exactly what I needed when I started coming 3 years ago. I cannot recommend the studio and the people enough!

I recently joined HiLo House, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and fellow members. The culture they’ve built here is truly special—it’s inclusive, supportive, and judgement-free, which is so rare to find. Not only have I become physically stronger, but I’ve also felt a renewed sense of motivation.
