I’ve been a member of Hilo House for almost two years and absolutely love it! Their workouts are fun and challenge me in different ways to build strength & endurance. Since coming here I’ve gotten stronger, built healthier habits and met some amazing people along the way! The staff and instructors are always friendly, supportive and helpful, creating a welcoming community that makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend Hilo House to anyone looking for great workouts and an incredible fitness community!
HiLo House Fitness is an award-winning studio and the best place to work out in Delaware. You don’t have to wait to be perfect — you come as you are and grow into the exercises. Before long, you’ll have a favorite Lagree exercise (besides the ride home) and VersaClimber hand position, a preferred machine number, and a favorite class (I love a good Strong & Stretch). I absolutely love HiLo! I moved here not too long ago, and as a former professional dancer, I really missed having a structured workout. I took one of my first classes with Julie and haven’t looked back. She introduced herself on day one, remembered my name, and always takes the time to correct form, which I really appreciate with a workout as challenging as Lagree. Molly is another favorite!
