I was someone who worked out somewhat regularly before joining HiLo House in late 2022, and I was never a group fitness person. I felt indifferent about my workouts at best most days. HiLo House is more than amazing; it is life changing! The owners, Anne and Bill, are amazing instructors! All the instructors are great; especially how they keep close attention to your form to make sure you get the best results from your workout! I love the team! They are all very warm and welcoming. The community that is created here is so welcoming. I love Ann and Bill they really make you feel like you’re part of a family. I highly recommend HiLo House to anyone, it helps you build your stamina and I’ve never felt more fit than when I consistently come here.
