These guys are worth the money. Their locksmiths are highly professional and courteous, and the locks really look the part. Case in point Someone broke into our block of flats through the communal door. The door to our flat (with a lock installation done by these guys less than a week ago) was right next to our neighbor door. The burglar chose to kick our neighbor door down and leave our flat untouched. They stole his CDs, alcohol, and his socks.

I do not know about the other reviews on here because 1/2 the time they are the company writing about themselves. HOWEVER I have a storage unit that I can not find the key for and have been meaning to call a locksmith for weeks. Finally I went on the Net and found these guys. I have never used a locksmith before and was not sure how it all worked. I thought you had to schedule an appointment or have it be on a certain day. Fast and efficient: I had gotten the key stuck in my front door lock. It was on Sunday afternoon and I had to fly out in 3 hours ! This locksmith company sent Jean out to fix it. They gave me an hour wait time, since I was not locked out. Jean arrived in 40 minutes, and fixed the problem, unlock door and get the key out. He was very nice and educated me on how to take care of my locks so this wouldn't happen again. I would highly recommend this locksmith service!

Outstanding locksmith, friendly service: I called them on Tuesday to have our office re-keyed; we set the appointment for 9am the next morning. Technician was friendly, pleasant and professional. He did an excellent job in a timely manner and the low price was great.

Being the flake I can sometimes be, I recently locked my keys in my apartment. It was around 9am on my way to work. Frustrated and getting wet (as of course, it was raining that afternoon), I made it to the job, and logged onto the net for a locksmith. This was the one and only guy I called, mostly because he's located nearby, and I hoped he would get there fast. He told me to give him a ring about 1/2 hour before I got home, which I did. I have a BMW 745Li that has been leaking oil for over two years Its been in and out of the deals shop more than I can say One day I drove by Hilo Auto shop for an oil change, they notice the oil leak and asked me if I would like to have it looked at. They figured out the problem, told me they had to order parts and they might need two days to work on the car.
