I had Hilo Aire come to my house to look at air conditioner for assessment of repair or replacement as I had another company come out and they were unwilling to repair even after they indicated they would. The technician/owner was kind and was able to determine the leak and let me know if he was able to repair vs replacing unit. He allowed me to determine best course of action and proceed with repair. He advised us on the several diagnostics he performed, explained the purpose and function of the cooling components, and walked us through the testing thresholds along with the actual results. Hilo’s service fee was transparent, and the company provided photos of our HVAC & device readouts in the service call summary, sent via email. Hilo Aire & Chris will redefine your expectations.

The Hilo Aire Team is fantastic! They are efficient, prompt, polite, tidy, and very great at diagnosing and installing your new units if necessary. I highly recommend them and would use them again! Prices are very competitive as well!
