Chris at Hilo Aire arrived less than 30 minutes after my initial call. He was very informative, thorough, and didn’t pressure us to do more than was necessary to repair our hearing issue. He gave us all the options and allowed us to make an informative decision based on our needs and budget. After services were done, he explained what work was done and followed up the next day to check in. We finally found our go to HVAC company!
