When you walk in the front door, it feels like you’re an inconvenience. The doors were locked every time I showed up then they locked behind me once I was inside. The techs are good at their job and professional. But the main office that you walk into is sub par.
Area sales manager, Greer Heindel, may be the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. A rude person that consistently misrepresented himself and the company.
