A friend recommended Hillyard to me a few years back for our facility's janitorial supply needs and I have been thoroughly impressed since day 1. They genuinely care about us which is more than you can say about most companies these days, and the value they provide us goes far beyond just filling our supply closet. This is the worst company I've dealt with in a number of years and the lowest review I've ever left. I was ghosted by first sales rep. After reaching out again, I managed to get some help. After jumping through several hoops and dozens of emails over weeks of time, I finally managed to order the mop and mop pads I needed. They were sent in two separate shipments.
