⭐☆☆☆☆ We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Hillyard’s Denver, Colorado branch. Our floor machine has been down since January, and what should have been a straightforward repair has turned into months of frustration. Sad to say we have used Hillyard for almost 20 years. Their delivery is amazing. Everything else, not so much. Horrible customer service. On a number of times that have emailed us invoices for orders that were paid for by the person picking them up. The newest policy states you have to call and schedule an appointment for will call. 😂😂😂 Buckeye is sooooo much better.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the best products for my needs. The quality of the products themselves exceeded my expectations, leaving my floors sparkling clean and smelling fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend Hillyard to anyone in need of cleaning supplies.

A friend recommended Hillyard to me a few years back for our facility's janitorial supply needs and I have been thoroughly impressed since day 1. They genuinely care about us which is more than you can say about most companies these days, and the value they provide us goes far beyond just filling our supply closet.
