Very professional and helpful! Found exactly what I needed and then some. Very happy how everything turned out!
Very difficult to work with.
Stay clear of this company. The area representative Ed Souliere is less than honest. Bought a Tenant commercial floor vac, that gets used 4 hours a month. Have been having problems with the vac starting year two. Ed was helpful until the warranty ran out. Just got off of the phone with Ed and he seems to think it is funny that the vac does not work and kept repeating " what do you want me to do". Bought a Tenant vac because it is advertised to be top of the line commercial equipment.
Never went inside- and never will! This used to be Rovic in Manchester but a couple years ago.. moved to their current 'pit' of a location and seems because they were more interested in warehouse space than local businesses or people driving up. To find them, I followed the directions... When you get to the street location they're actually on...it's like a very long pit of trucking warehouses and it's hard to slow down to see the addresses as there are constant freeking impatient drivers on your arse or tractor trailors... a... read more
