Very difficult to work with.
Stay clear of this company. The area representative Ed Souliere is less than honest. Bought a Tenant commercial floor vac, that gets used 4 hours a month. Have been having problems with the vac starting year two. Ed was helpful until the warranty ran out. Just got off of the phone with Ed and he seems to think it is funny that the vac does not work and kept repeating " what do you want me to do". Bought a Tenant vac because it is advertised to be top of the line commercial equipment.
