When I had a fender bender I wanted to help out my local body shop (the one nearest me). Unfortunately it was this place. Let me just say this was by far and away the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my life, and that's no exaggeration. These guys make Comcast look competent by comparison. I was told the job would take 4-5 days. It took over a month. Cost me $1500 in car rental. They lied to my face at least 9 times.
