This neighborhood is beautiful and nice but this has been the worst rental experience ever. 3 days after moving in my bathroom flooded and my landlord has not been responsive or caring and supportive in resolving this situation. The first week everything was pulled apart- walls, floors, toilet all removed. Today makes a month since this occurred and my bathroom is still in the same state. I purchased a unit over one year ago, and I enjoy living here very much. Management is very good and responds to any issues quickly. The pool is great, and I feel very safe here. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, and it's an easy commute into DC. I'm very happy here.
