Unfortunately, after ten years of supporting this dry cleaner, I now must warn people about my most recent experience. They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order t... read more
I usually ask them to do simple things like doing dry cleaning of white shirts. I'm always satisfied their standard and careful jobs.
Been using this business for the last four years. Not one problem ever. I moved a little further away from this cleaner and still drive back due to the quality and professionalism. Excellent.
They cleaned my friend's Burberry trenchcoat. She had bought it fr. thrift shop. It appeared to be new, but was a little musty. They did excellent job & no more musty smell. No chemical smell
