Had my 20-week anatomy scan at Hillview, and it was a wonderful experience thanks to Haya. She was incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough in checking every detail. Even though the scan took time, her warm attitude and clear explanations made the whole appointment so enjoyable and reassuring while watching our baby. The clinic is truly lucky to have her!
I had a very disappointing experience with my pelvic ultrasound today. I was not informed beforehand that a STUDENT would be performing the examination and I was not given an opportunity to decline student involvement. The examination was also uncomfortable and I experienced significant pain and soreness afterward. This is not my first pelvic examination. After not having a great experience here with my first ultrasound, I was so happy to get Kelly today. Kelly was amazing and very kind.
While I'm sure that they are very busy, no one from Hillsview has replied to my requests for an ultrasound appointment. I followed their instructions and filled out the form, attaching my doctor's requistion. When I had heard nothing for a week, I called and left voicemail. Hillsview has not acknowledged either those requests. Lacking the ultrasound results, I am unable to schedule an appointment with a sports medicine doctor. Very proactive and helpful staff. They really went out of there way to look out for me. That is so rare and was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.
