WHAT AN AMAZING STAFF. I was stranded 250 miles from home... They got me a towing company.(after being scammed by a fake towing company.) Once my bike finally got to Hillview everyone was just fantastic. With 1 hour before closing, they took my bike back immediately, diagnosed and repaired. New battery and I was on my way.... Thank you to entire staff...

My brother purchased a 2025 sport scout from Hillview West. Alex was very helpful assisting him in getting the bike. He had everything ready and the bike cleaned when we got there. We ordered the textured hard saddle bags at the time of purchase. There was some confusion on the mounting brackets required to install them but Shawn in parts went above and beyond to help us get the correct kit ordered.
