Right in the middle of Goulburn, was very convenient and conducive to exploring. Bed was comfy and had an electric blanket for the cold nights. Bathroom toilet was a little small but nothing else otherwise to complain about

Worst money grabbing dump grossly overpriced. Bad odour from poor quality pillows sheets towels all thin bad smell filthy curtains tiny blankets for large bed no where to hang clothes only one coathanger in half normal sized drawer. Clearly they're in it only for the money not to provide quality stay disgusting not enough room for feet to get out of bed. Toilet extremely cramped. Had to squeeze into tiny space between two walls. No value for money here. definately will give it a miss. Loud machinery going disturbing.

Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for us and our friends. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and warm, perfect for the cold nights.

Very hospitable owners. Rooms were basic, but importantly clean, had everything needed and located close to the nearby restaurants, pubs etc. would stay again if in the area.
