Had two appointments that went pretty well...during my second appointment my therapist admitted that she didn't have the right skill set for what I needed and said she would set me up with one of the other therapists that were better equipped to help me. I never heard from her again. I sent multiple messages via the client portal and left many voicemails for her with no response. Pretty awful experience. It took a lot for me to set up these appointments and she completely disregarded me. Would not recommend this place.

it's possible I didn't find the right fit for me, though I didn't enjoy explaining what I'm experiencing only to sit in silence with no response for 30 minutes. Best wishes to anyone reading this

Rich was a very helpful counselor. I was right down the street doing substance abuse counseling and they had me going there multiple times a week for months and they just kept having me come back with no clear explanation of when it would end. I decided to switch, this was a better fit and he understood my needs as someone who works full time and was able to really address my mental health and substance abuse needs. It didn't feel like I was being pushed through like cattle.

I was charged $40 for an appointment they cancelled. Unprofessional. Overpriced. You’re better off telling your problems to a potted plant.
