I have called 10 times this morning. I tried different extensions. I still was not able to speak to anyone. Very frustrating. Not a single person answered the phone. I tried receptionist, nursing, admissions, social work, etc.
As I walked into the faciity I saw all the staff smiling, the place was clean, and the residents looked happy and well taken care of! These are the things that would be important to me if I had a family member that was staying here Well done HillTop Administration and staff
