As I walked into the faciity I saw all the staff smiling, the place was clean, and the residents looked happy and well taken care of! These are the things that would be important to me if I had a family member that was staying here Well done HillTop Administration and staff
Nobody ever answers the phone exce]t the receptionist. Nor do the return messages. Nursing staff were famous for ignoring call bells, and letting residents sit in excrement for extended periods of time.
Was just there today to see my father in law and me and my husband are banned because the director lied that my husband was swearing for a hour and we just got there and it's a shame how they treat u there never again
