Excellent service. We have several dumpsters at rentals and also use their service at our home.

Tiffany, the sales rep is extremely rude. I had called the company 3 different times before finally getting a hold of her to schedule a dumpster delivery. After leaving various messages for her to call be back, I finally reported that to her superiors. When she contacted me back she was very rude insisting that she is always persistent about returning calls. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. The pricing also seems to be higher than everyone else in the area.

I ordered trash service a few months ago. I called to check pricing and to make sure that they covered my address. After speaking with tiffany who was very short and unpleasant she informed me I'd need to pay first before setting up an account. I informed her I'd need to call back then because I did not have my debit card on me. She said well that's great I'll just have to do this all over again. i have yet to receive my trash can after ordering service 2 weeks ago. their somewhat rude when i call about it. asked if i could be credited for the 2 weeks i haven't been able to put trash out and was told its my fault for choosing not to put a different can out
