Ordered parts, told parts department need part asap as cant drive vehicle without the part, parts took 3 days to arrive, didnt recieve a phone call when parts arrived, had to call myself, paid for order, paid for shipping, now 3 days later still have not recieved parts.
We purchased a used Tacoma from Salmon Arm Toyota. Dan was excellent to work with, helpful but not pushy, and the shop did a number of repairs on the vehicle when it was taken in. Dan showed us the work order and carfax and didn't mess around. We purchased the truck and had it checked by our local mechanic and they found no issues with the truck. It was great to experience an honest dealership and a shop that cares about what they put on the lot. Definitely recommend them for your next Toyota!
