Salmon Arm Toyota sold me a $35,000 truck, knowing there was an issue with its turbo. I was under the assumption it was covered by the extended warranty, but I learned after I bought it that it wasn't. They told me to take it to a shop to have my newly purchased extended warranty cover it, but the insurance would only cover 25% of the actual cost. They hide the truth, didn't provide all relevant information, now i have an undependable vehicle and no help to fix it. I recommend driving right past them.

Got my vehicle in quickly to be serviced. They ordered a part that I thought I needed. Got the work done quickly and saved me money when I didn’t require that part. They washed my vehicle at the end and drove it to the entrance. They also let me test drive a newer model of my vehicle while I wait for the repairs on my vehicle. Top service. I will be back. I’ll also say that my Toyota vehicle is solid and has been very reliable for 13 years and 180,000km.
