DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE!!!!! Hilltop is the absolute WORST. I lived there for a full year. First of all rent is atrocious, $1200 for a room??? Parking is more on top of that, I moved in and the carpets were disgusting and every time I enter a service request, they say it’s “completed” yet nothing gets done. I ended up having someone take over my lease (you can’t end it prematurely) and it took MONTHS. Thousands of problems, ZERO communication from the office. Amazing tour!
Hilltop charges way to high for what it is. They're are way better options that are nicer and cheaper with better amenities. Just a few blocks away .The cost of living at hilltop is ridiculous for how poorly in is maintained and how outdated the appliances are. The appliances will break on you cause of how crappy they are and then you'll be charged to fix them. The extra block walk to campus from slightly further is definitely worth it to not live here.
Do not let your kids live here. Leaks and mold not taken care of for months. Appliances are in need of repair and theirs always a reason it can’t be taken care of timely. We are still getting charges two months after moving out. The latest charge is for a bathroom stopper. This place has no oversight. The campus isn’t responsible for them.
