Excellent service... These guys really know customer service! I was incredibly pleased with how the technicians spent time making sure they understood my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations while keeping my repair costs to a minimum. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody in the Puyallup area looking for an honest, quick mechanic!
Hilltop Service rocks!! I have been taking my car repair business to Hilltop Service for 36 years. They have always been honest with their dealings. I highly recommend them. My wife even feels comfortable taking her car there. Several times I have had them do some minor jobs, and when I ask how much I owe, they usually say "I'll catch you next time."
Hilltop Service HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ?? DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I dropped my car off 3/26 in the am and picked it up on 3/30 in the pm when I found that, I have over 500 miles unaccounted for on my vehicle according to THEIR paper work. When I went to ask about the discrepancy they were defensive and gave no reason to the additional miles added to my vehicle. Genuine & Knowledgeable I have been going to Hilltop for several years and always feel they are genuine and honest about their work. They are always willing to answer questions and give details about the repairs and maintenance, even when I am on the road. One time it took a while to finish a job and the mechanic polished my headlights as a way to say 'thanks for your patience'. I appreciate Hilltop's knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you guys!
Auto Repair I have been taking my cars to Hilltop Service for several years now, and for the first time ever I had a problem with the repair. They were very quick in rectifying the situation, and had my car back to me the next day. The true measure of a company isn't in how they handle things when everything goes smoothly, but in how they handle things when something goes wrong. Hilltop re-affirmed my trust in them, and will continue being the only people who work on my cars.
Hilltop Service Owner AS owner or Hilltop Service since 1978 I would repay the person that said we did not change her oil under the life time oil service contract. If said person can produce a receipt of the service contract. I have personally wen't through our receipt of the contract on our computers, and the hard copy of all our service contract, your name never came up as a customer. Please bring us a work order for your contract.
Hilltop Service is HORRIBLE!!! i paid for the unlimited oil change for as long as i own the car.... come to find out everytime i went in there they were not changing the oil filter how i know this i put an X on the oil filter and when i got home i checked and the X on the oil filter was still there! i called them and they don't believe me! also i make an appointment everytime i go and i sit there and wait for 3 or more hours while the guys in the garage stand around and drink coffee! will never go back there gave them 5 year... read more
Hilltop Service I have been using Hilltop Service ever since I got my first car at the age of 16, now almost 40, I still wouldn't think of another shop touching my vehicles. They have always been courteous. But even more important is just being plain honest and knowing how to fix something right the first time.
