I did not catch his name, but the guy that picked up the phone when I called, educated me on my lawnmower in such a nice manner and treated me with respect because I was uneducated on the subject we were talking about. I will for sure do business with them in the future.
Great service by Bill. Always fast at a great price. I like that he keeps your machine indoors instead of out in the elements, explains exactly what he did and gives tips to keep your machine running smoothly down the road. I highly recommend his service over places like Earl’s in Byron.
I went to this place to get parts for a carburetor that a small engine repair shop in Byron wouldn't help out with (that dude there was worthless) Hilltop helped out with no issues. Bob was very helpful and had great advice. I'm glad I made a trip there. If you need help with your small engine, give this place a try.
