i’m very unhappy i put in application a month ago was told to go ahead and give 30day per danielle did that now we’re to end of my 30 days and got told unit would be done for move in on 28th and now getting told don’t even have approval for flooring now i have found another place very very bad communication and and basically they don’t understand why i’m upset no return phone calls nor text messages i have to keep calling or show up in person to get them to talk very very bad professionalism
My experience with this park has been an absolute nightmare! I am not even comfortable enough to unpack my belongings, and I moved in almost 4 months ago.
First off I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle( the new manager) when she worked for another community. She was honest and very professional. She took her time showing us homes and even drove us to another community and introduced us to that manager. It felt very professional. Never did I get the vibe she wanted to just take our money and place us in anything to meet a quota. In the end we chose Hilltop because of the location of the home and the school district. At first they was going thru the ups and downs with the manager but I think they got a good one now she heard my problems and helped instantly thank you so much
Great management and the new maintenance crew is spot on. update had my hot water go out today by the time i got home it was fixed and i had a hot shower this maintenance crew is a god send. management also deserves a shout out for getting ahold of them so fast ty ty ty
