I haven't been going to Hilltop for very long, but I am extremely happy with my experience so far. Steve is a wonderful therapist! Tim and Erika are very competent and friendly Aides. I have gone to several different Physical Therapy places over the years, but I haven't gone to a place that is as caring and fun as Hilltop!! They are wonderful from the front desk to the Therapists and Aides. Everyone seems to enjoy working with each other which makes going to therapy a bit easier. Overall I had a good experience. The PT's are kind and professional and do a good job of listening to how you are feeling. Although my progress was slow, I did get stronger and my pain eventually improved after receiving dry needle therapy. The only negative I have is after going to weekly appointments for about 3 months, I received a large bill. I was told by the front office desk that I should have been informed that manual manipulations were an extra service fee, however, this was never relayed to me. I am disappointed th... read more
