My dog loves this place My dog would get so excited when we would arrive and she would jump all over the women that work the front desk. This place is somewhere that you feel safe bringing your dog. It is worth the few extra dollars to have your dog in the newer building with the heated floors. I love that they have indoor / outdoor runs although I get "upset" that my dog runs right outside and does not give me a kiss goodbye. Totally recommended - and I live in Franklin and drive to this place.
