Extremely grateful for this place. Great and timely service
Called and made an appointment for spark plug replacement. Had my car for 2 weeks for spark plugs…. and did nothing at all. Didn’t even make an effort to contact me. Went up myself to see what happened, and it was in the same spot i dropped it off in, but with a dead battery. Jay said to “drive it till it’s done for” which is absolutely ridiculous given i just wanted my spark plugs changed out?? Normal maintenance. Why accept the appointment in the first place??
