The driver of the truck is very rude. He parked on private property to pave a lot next door. Refused to move or shut down truck. Truck was on for 5 hrs with fumes going into my apartment. Police had to be called and public safety.

We just recently worked with Hilltop on a paving repair in Peter's Township, PA. This project popped up with very little time to plan and Hilltop turned a quote around quickly and got right to work when we need them. Their work was top notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I can't wait to work with them again in the future.

We worked with Hilltop to have a very old concrete/gravel/dirt/brick driveway removed and replaced with new asphalt. In addition to the old driveway, they excavated and installed a parking pad to make our property much more functional. They also removed and updated storm water drainage that had left the old driveway in rough shape. Hilltop was easy to work with, competitively priced and provided an excellent product. I've been working with Chuck from Hilltop for almost 5years now. He is an incredibly resourceful sales rep. I find the quality of work excellent but the best part of Hilltop for me as a professional property manager is his resourcefulness. When I need a new contractor or someone to get a job done I call chuck!
