My son lived here for approximately 6 months and from the time he moved in, until we picked him up this past weekend, it was horrible. The staff (who seem to also be the family who owns the home) are rude, harsh and disrespectful. They will yell or swear at residence, ridicule them in front of other residence. Their "rules" seem to change with their moods. They keep residence controlled by constraining them to their rooms, floors or banishing them outside to the smoking area, even when they do not smoke. Giving wrong meds not answering phones oh my gosh
The staff, at this location, are very Rude, when you call, the fax machine, comes on and over the loud, beep, you are told, to call again. The phone number, and fax number, are the same. They do not give messages, you leave for Family members, and they are Very Abrupt! When they talk to you, they hang up on you before, you can even Reply!!! How they can call themselves professionals! Is totally unacceptable.
