I do not recommend this service center. Kia notified me that a software update was required, so I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was told the wait time would be up to three hours. I also reported an issue with the seat belt not functioning properly, but was informed that such warranty inspections are only handled Monday through Friday, despite their advertised seven-day service availability. I'm very upsad to this kia service because i have prepaid package for my car when bought new but they still asking money to pay perform service which they suppose complimentary vehicle inspection and complete any necessary maintenance. Hope they follow the company what they promise to the customer when selling new car.
Called for a servicing appointment due to a Kia defect. I was transferred multiple times then hung up on. This occured each time I called. Trying to schedule the appointment was like playing a game.
