I called to schedule an appointment to have the recall work (anti-theft) done on my 2020 Kia Rio. Tony and Michael, who greeted me were personable and warm. The service department not only did the work faster than anticipated, they also washed the car and cleaned the floor mats! Great people, great service... I'm not used to liking the service departments at auto dealers. My experience with them is making me think perhaps I'll start taking my car to them for all maintenance.
