Rent is due on the 3rd and the office on site is closed. They do not take personal checks so you have to pay with money order or as they perfer online. To make paying rent difficult they but an out of order plaque on the drop slot so you cant pay after hours. So you have to get a money order and pay at the crown point apartments a mile away during buisness hours on or befor the 3rd.
