First impression was terrible. We reserved five rooms for our group. They overbooked and gave two of our rooms away. Some of us had to sleep on the floor. The rooms were very basic. The bed was small and a very hard mattress. The worst part waa the nasty bathroom! See my photos; there was black mold and stained tiles. The shelf above the sink had rust stains. The floor was dirty under the sink and behind the toilet. The only reason we stayed was because we didnt want to sleep in the car.

What a terrible experience. The people in the room across the hall were yelling and fighting with each other on Friday night at 11 PM on 6/5/26. I called the front desk twice to report the fight. The attendant told me twice they did not think there was a disturbance and did nothing. What a poor excuse for looking out for the hotel's customers. I ended up calling the police to come to the hotel.

We reserved rooms and paid for them for 15 people. We drove 13 hours to the hotel and they didn’t have the rooms we reserved and they overbooked.
