We were frustrated about this stay for a few reasons. The air conditioner must have needed maintenance because when it was turned on we found ourselves coughing and couldn’t use it. The FIRE ALARM went off at 2:30 AM and woke everyone up. There was no staff around to explain or answer questions. Bedbug Infestation — Avoid This Hotel I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately ended up with bedbugs after my stay. When I addressed the issue with the front desk clerk and on-site manager, I was told that the hotel is regularly “cleaned for bedbugs.” To me, that raises a red flag it suggests they’ve had infestations before and may still have ongoing issues. It's a rip-off they build my credit card twice and will not refund it.
It’s quite clean and good rooms for stay and check in process is very smooth and very easy and the virtual assistant skye makes the check in process very quick and simple
