I stayed here for over a month, and at out nowhere I am get a paper saying we need to leave cause of a smell. I called and it was told to me it was miscommunication and I am fine. Was called again told that there was a smell of drugs and now we do have to be out. What in the heck. First of all you talk to the guest and figure things out and see if thing can be fixed. Comfortable rooms, hot water plentiful, professional staff, great location for shopping or sightseeing. Weekly rates convenient but offers little in the way of amenities. Pool closed, door card readers temperamental, basic cable lineup with 2 premium channels, laundry has washers and stack dryers, coin only as readers have been inop for over a year. 1 microwave for entire motel with broken plate. Mylie was a great help!!
Mylie was a great receptionist, but the online service was very rough and choppy, and the hotel wasn't cleaned too great, and there was a lot of face soap, but no hand soap provided. It's definitely the cheapest hotel in the area for a reason, but for a solo stay it's worth going cheap. I don't know if I can give four stars in good conscience.
