Ordered "gourmet basket" for delivery on 12-1-25, but they delivered a fruit basket instead. I called on 12-2-25, explained the error, and was told that in the small town of Stanford it is not possible for them to provide a gourmet basket. Asked why I was not told this when I placed the order, I received no reply, nor an apology, nor any offer to rectify the error. Not what one would call good business practice!
