Just moved in and it’s been one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had Patricia really goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible! She is simply the best! Our family is super happy with everything!
Ms. Patricia has been awesome since day one. From the application process all the way through the closing on purchasing our new home! It’s very quiet and everything has amazing this far. Highly recommend Patricia Hoagland and Richmond estates if you’re looking to rent or buy.
Prices rise every year, closed the pool, promised a dog park 3 years ago. Still hasn't happened. If anything breaks in your home, you have to fix it. Had to buy our own shed, and wasnt allowed to take it with us when we moved out. Water is shut off once a month for maintenance, the water always smelled of sewage, stray cats everywhere, making your porch and outside furniture smell like cat pee. property is maintained beautifully and the Manager is nice and super helpful
Having lived here for 5 years other than a few incidents I have enjoyed living here. The new Manager and maintenance are interactive with the community and I truly appreciate the manager for that since my mom who lived here with us passed away from cancer in May she has been amazing.
