property is maintained beautifully and the Manager is nice and super helpful
Having lived here for 5 years other than a few incidents I have enjoyed living here. The new Manager and maintenance are interactive with the community and I truly appreciate the manager for that since my mom who lived here with us passed away from cancer in May she has been amazing.
Best place ever to live. Staff is great. Patricia is aleays looking out for her tenantts.
Richmond estates is a very safe place to live in lots of friendly people. Our community manager Mrs Patricia is very strict and positive person with the right vision about our community. I strongly recommend new Richmond estates if you are looking for a country like laid back relaxing safe place to live.....It is my own opinion to own straight up your home..
I lived there foe 3 years and never had a problem til new manament came in ... NEVER GAVE A 24HOUR NOTICE BEFORE SHUTTING OFF WATER ECT. MANTAINCE NEVER CAME TO FIX MY BATH TUB faucet!! SAID IT WAS MY responsibility to pay for it and get fixed when I was only renting the trailer. Also said I couldn't finance the trailer until I paid up to 10 months on time then changed it to 12 months on time every month executive.. then changed her mind.... very discrimination and favoritism and did I say my husband was Hispanic and they're... read more
