I left a good review when I first moved in here for a discount on my rent. 7 months we already have new owners of the park, the rent here for a single wide 3 bedroom is 1550$ you can get a 3 bedroom double wide in eastfork crossing for 100$ cheaper they let your kids have swings and slides too, the park does not want to be held accountable but they make me have renters insurance and they let ATV riding inside of the park no issues . Me and my 3 kids moved in here in June and Patricia has been so kind and helpful from the start she made things very easy . She always keeps us informed very well and easy to get a hold of and keeps things looking nice here . She will help in any way she can just a genuinely kind person . I have absolutely no complaints so far even with new owners seems they are making some good changes and I’m so glad they are keeping Patricia !
We have been here for almost 10yrs and the past 2 owners with the same manager , Ms Patricia has been great. We had things in our original contract we could not get handled until she came aboard. She is strict about rules and with us raising two growing sons thats what we want. They are doing a great job at getting out the riff raff and thats the main thing that this park needed.
