Their dentists and hygienists are fine, but their administration and paperwork is a mess. This has led to several misunderstandings coming from them, where they tell me completely inaccurate information. They do not have their stuff together.
Very pleasant staff, and doctor Ford was very confident and you could tell he was capable to boot. Overall best experience I think I've ever had at a dentist visit. I will continue to visit hilltop for as long as they'll have me.
