Very friendly staff and professional care. They've given me a lot of helpful advice and set my expectations for what I can expect going forwards in terms of dental health.
Best dentist by a mile, all staff are very kind and polite. I am trans and all the staff were very respectful and kind, receptionist is super sweet and my dentist was very professional and informative, and wanted the best for me as a patient. My tooth extraction was 100% painless, and i will definitely go again.
I had developed a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist due to not going for a few years and developing some dental problems along the way. The receptionist Sue is exceptional and eased any nerves I had immediately upon entering the building. This place is amazing. Feels lovely inside and everyone is very helpful. I had a hygiene appointment, which I usually loathe, but he was so so good. Kind and patient. My teeth look so clean. I would definitely recommend this pace to anyone. It was great.
I recently came to Hilltop for a check up with Sarah-Jayne who was lovely and took time to thoroughly explain the health of my teeth and highlight the need to address a tooth with severe decay. The team were quick to arrange the follow up appointment with Fred, who was really good. I'm a fairly nervous patient but Fred was friendly and relaxed which put me at ease and the whole process was extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Fred and the wider practice to friends and family alike.
