The dentist was through and fast. There was a problem with scheduling because of the upcoming office but maggie worked it out.
I’m so glad i stopped working here because now they are shutting down. I feel that this company is so desperate that they will just hire anybody. I worked with the office manger named Maggie, she was not personally at all ! She would constantly blame me for things that she messed up on and she would make me do her job while I had to run the back myself. This was my first experience at this dentist. The facility was not well maintained. Granted they are closing this location soon. The front desk person was nice, but seemed preoccupied. The dental assistant was not welcoming and it was a struggle to have the most basic of small talk. They also dripped florid all over my neck and did not clean it up. Very disappointed that my X-rays were lost. Was told that a computer crashed when preparing to close office. I was given no notice that office was closing in October. Another example of corporate greed. I will not be continuing with this dental group. Much better dental groups out there who appreciate my family’s business. This does not reflect on the staff at this office who were very accommodating
Visited yesterday. Place has really gone downhill & I won't be back. The tech who took me back didn't even know what my mouth guard was or how to clean it! The visiting Dr was hard to understand & focused on one thing which I've already taken care of! He cleaned my teeth with a pick for 5 minutes & then the tech came back & polished them in 2 minutes & said you're done. No floss??? Business has been taken over by a company out of state. They are TERRIBLE!
